Description: 
(1)  I left the server at 11:30 pm, when I joined back the other day and tried to spawn an car it said I already had a car in use. I went to        the last place where I left my car and yup, it was still there.

(2) Some of the Liveries are misplaced on the crown vic (see screenschots)

2. Fix in progress. Need to upload the updated skins to the content pack when I get back.

Just pushed an update to the content packs. Might fix the CVPI liveries issue, may not.

I've asked for the fixed skins, since it's still not fixed.
