Description: The profile picture shows up when your profile picture has been uploaded to the servers. When you use a link, the profile picture doesn't show up.
Bug observed since: Long time

That shows up when I upload my profile picture, but only the <title> will show up when I use the link to: https://yt3.ggpht.com/-4sJ4rlej-90/AAAAA.../photo.jpg
