Is it Win10 only?

It is only Win10 as far as i know.

It's on Xbox one as well. I'm not sure about cross platform play but as it hasn't run thru Microsoft's Xbox system I have a feeling it might work

Nvm I just realised what you meant yes it does only work on Windows 10 on PC

Cross play is possible.
