Player report denied, if you want people to pay for the entery you should probably ask them to pay upon entery and not when they lose. Its called entry for a reason, people will call bullshit and refuse to pay you if they didn't win, its something that's going to happen.
entry is for entering so it should before not after the results. Him not paying is not something I or anyone can enforce considering that nor you or him actually lost anything, he didn't really win the car and you didn't really lose any money from him. So its not that big of a deal.
As for the double account and VPN thing its something I'll keep my eye out on, player won't get banned. Closed.
