Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. They attempted to break check me in the RV(They've done this to all officers in pursuit in a RP, I have more video clips of him doing it.), then they jump in the car once I swing the arrest baton.

The accused player is not violating any of the current vehicle rules however it may be counted as FailRP depending on the RP role and RP situation, furthermore there is not enough evidence to show any context of that situation.

Evidence only shows him doing it once. Something as simple as this does not deserve a punishment of any sort, something as simple as this could've easily been role-played out in so many different ways.
