I am kind of involved as I have seen him doing this before but decided not to form a PR on him.
But seeing this I am willing to provide the video where he did that before aswell.

I noticed that I actually forgot to show the name of the guy in the video. I hope the Vehicle seen in Vatipää's video and seen in mine is kind of a "proof" enough. If not, I think he's going to get punished for Vatipää's video alone anyway.
