It was sarcasm to but saying stop please should clearly state they have had enough. Stawwwwp might mean there joking but not stop please
This is a very unorthodox player report for two factors:
1: The evidence takes place off limelight platforms (limelight discord, the server, group chat, TS, or the forums) and so as a general rule we will not intervene as we would not be able gather evidence. generally it will be enforced if there is evidence of a TOS breakage.
2: Blackmail isn't explicitly against the rules, but it something which is measured on a case by case basis.
Considering the level of 'blackmail' shown, the inability to view the complete conversation for context, the fact it's not on a platform we would generally enforce in these circumstances, I can't see any reason to approve this player report.
From what I can tell, this is incredibly petty and stands more as a public display of you two's disdain for each other than actually using player report as the intended function of reporting those whom try to ruin another's experience on the server.
