Summary: Throwing an evading suspect off of a cliff for no reason whatsoever, as the President Job. Officer chasing the suspect were also telling the player to stop(failrp)
Honestly, this is personal opinion and is not a part of the player report; by watching this guy 'roleplay', you can tell he is just messing around, unfortunately.

For the record: I tried to make the YouTube video contain only the case/situation, however "Edit Processing..". The reported situation occur at ~ 05:30 in the video.

User has been found breaking the rules as using the ragdoll carrying mechanics to kill someone as a President.

He will be recieving a 3-hour President blacklist.
