 *** Scott Gamer starts to handcuff Frank Baros.
 *** Scott Gamer clicks both cuffs over each hand therefore, finishing handcuffing Frank
Baros.
 Player Ghost dog 14 (STEAM_0:1:56728805) has disconnected (Disconnect by user.).

*Involved* I responded at the same time to the call at inner-city shell. I arrived on scene when Gamer had the suspect (Ghost dog) down. He proceeded to cuff him as normal when he D/C'd to avoid the arrest. I completely back this thread as the statements made were true.

Confirmed with logs.
