[b]Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.[/b]—So I was stood near my friends body talking to two officers. SWAT were patrolling and I reminded him that SWAT don’t patrol, as they’re an “on call team” for dangerous situations that poses a threat towards the Rockford Police. Due to the friendly reminder, the SWAT member (Zel) then posted the below (evidence) in the LOOC chat. He straight up insulted me in LOOC without reason. I did not give him a reason to begin insulting me, and he stated at the end in OOC “I do not regret what I said in OOC”; meaning that he doesn’t care for the rules.
Rules Broken:
1.4 Do not insult players or staff in Out-Of-Character chats.
