What to Expect
This will be a Military Simulation (MILSIM) Group. That being said, don't expect everything to be shooty shooty bang bang. You'll have to deal with logistics, civilian presence, and tactical thinking. The actual organization in this group will attempt to be relaxed. When an operation may start, I will notify all members signed up and if available can show up at anytime. A person can hold multiple MOS's (Medic, Rifleman, Engineer, etc.) and can hold a position in both the Civilian Corps and Combat Roles to allow players to choose when they want to play with guns or hammers. Not to mention you can drive anything you want as long as it makes sense. The only thing strict here, will be the atmosphere. Practicing good radio discipline, learning the features of the game and how to use them to your advantage. As the group grows, so will the mod list, depending on feedback.

The following mods that are needed for this group, can be found here:

If you would like to join, add me on Steam (If you don't have me already added) and contact me asking which position(s) you would like to apply for. This will most likely follow up with an IG introduction.
If you need a server I'll get you one ;)
YYYYEYEEAAAAAAA. If we get a squad, we can get a server going!
FIRE TEAMS ARE IN GROUPS OF 4 OR 5

also post a mod list because vanilla is shit tier

btw, can I be Buffalo 1-1 Team Lead?

I have about 1000 hours in Arma and I'm in a milsim group
I'd join combat element.

Buffalo 1-1 personnel updated.

Civilian Corps still optional for all combat personnel as a secondary position.
Updated Buffalo 1-1. Still require a Team Leader and another infantryman for Buffalo 1-1 before we have a whole element!
Put me in 1-1. I'm an excellent team leader as you saw today.
Boink
Due to university starting, this will be a slow start. Once I'm off work today we will be doing some more training with hopefully more people.
If you would like to join, we will be in my TS channel under "Arma 3 Operations" in approximately 4-5 hours from now. If you are on the roster or have me added, you will also receive a message.
We will be starting a basic training class today in an hour or two. I will update this post when we are starting.
We are starting soon. Join my TS Channel if you wish to participate.
I don't know if you got my message but I can run medical operations on the combat side and training if you want? Also open to running as a team lead if you need a second one.
OMG PLEASE !!

I WANT TO SHOW MY AMAZING ARMA 3 SKILLS!
