Recently, I have noticed there are a lot of people with model and material issues whether they are errors or even just missing textures of models of a certain thing. I have been informing people how to fix these types of issues and I am now going to share this with the rest of you to support myself and yourself in the future with this issue if it occurs or starts again in a future update.
STEP ONE: Close your Garry's Mod Game
This allows you to follow the next steps with any issues occurring. Please make sure this is closed on most of the steps unless told by one of the steps.
STEP TWO: Navigate to your Garry's Mod Addons Folder
Depending on where you have stored your Steam Folder depends on how you will find this. Generally, it will be found with something of the following:
DRIVER\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
If you are having issues finding your Steam folder, you can contact a Teacher and they should be able to help you in finding your Steam Folder.

STEP THREE: Delete the files starting with limelight_
This will delete the files and when relaunching Garry's Mod this will allow the files to be downloaded again. This might happen if the file wasn't downloaded correctly the first time.
STEP FOUR: Relaunch Garry's Mod
Relaunch Garry's Mod without joining any server. Allow the files to download and try not to play anything in the background or ALT-Tabbing in case an issue occurs. Once done, join the server and issues should have resolved themselves. Make sure that you have subscribed all the content on the server before relaunching the game. You can find all the content below.
STEP FIVE: The Check
For those who don't know, there are three packs that have not yet been added to the collection. This may change in the future however from writing this thread these three packs have not been added to the LimeLight collection. Please make sure you are subscribed to them.
