Considering this is much more detailed, I would say no it's not enough.

People barely know the codes in the codebook. If one starts to use the codes above, they will have no idea what they mean.
Some of the same codes are even worded differently, which in some cases gives them another meaning.
It's not that I don't like the effort he put it to making it, it looks fantastic. But it will only confuse people even more than the /codebook already does.
