Summary: He shot 2 security guards as a Police Officer (Which is what i was responding to). I found him hiding inside a bush and he ran from me before i chased him down and tased him, as i put him in cuffs and about to warrant for arrest he disconnected to avoid arrest.

Evidence: 

This is what i was called to: (Request) black stegosarus (356): A police officer has just shot at us (this isn't evidence, but it should show in the logs?)
