Found the listing, the ebay seller has good ratings but the latest ones were over a year ago. They've just put up a lot of the top tier graphics cards at similar prices so I'm guessing that it's a hacked account. Either way it's way too good to be true :\

Probably, though personally I'd go with a more trustworthy seller like Amazon or a local store for anything that costs so much just in case things take a wrong turn for whatever reason.
