For one his character was to get vengeance on us, not the public. So even if this is true he should have still been concerned for your life. You can see in the video that you stopped to allow him to get in if you were deaf you wouldn't have heard him IC. This prove that there was collaboration between you. Your story doesn't add up and I feel like I've made my case and all that needs to be said, has been said.

I've already stated that I don't know much about Unknowns actions regarding his job change therefore cannot make an opinion upon the matter, I'm sorry about this.

Rick has been found FailRPing by asking to be tazed when he is meant to be afraid of the tazer ICly. In regards to the whole FearRP deaf thing, I am inclined to believe that Rick is telling the truth about having no sound as he used the "deaf" thing long before the incident happened, and even told you he had "no volume", which tbh should have been said in LOOC chat not "say". Marvin, you should have written in chat after he told you he had no volume, not for IC reasons, but OOC ones to avoid misunderstandings. That said, Rick, you needed to write clearly in LOOC that you have no sound, it is your responsibility to do that if you decide to play without sound. Also when a cop points a gun at you at says something, he probably wants you to get out of the car. Rick will be issued a permanent warning regarding this due to having no record.

, I would like to note that driving into walls at high speed to damage a car is FailRP as you are endangering your character as clearly evident by the 40 damage you took while doing it. Take this as a warning.
