In this case you were found breaking rule 19.4a too for stating within the demotion reason "(OOC: before that afk)" meaning that you decided to include a OOC reason on a In-character thing, I may have screenshots of the many calls you did but many of them were via voice comms and were like "President under attack | Armed person at [INSERT LOCATION HERE]" etc.. and at the time of our response, there were no armed people within the city, meaning that you only were wasting our time responding to calls that didn't make much sense meaning that YOU were also in the city without escort of your secret service agents (That I do acknowledge there were none at the time, meaning you could've done "/broadcast The presidency is in the need of Secret Service Agents, join now" or something around those lines)

Of course there aren't recorded logs of you saying things verbally over the radio. Communicating over radio saying ''Okay, shots fired, lol, please respond, now, or be demoted, shots fired, emergency'' every time started losing credibility. That's why I said if a staff member would've been present at that time, you would have been stopped in your tracks.
Besides, demoting someone (entirely because you know they had to go somewhere OOCly) and calling people simple minded for no reason over the Global OOC channel were not the only stunts you were pulling as a president that day. You know you did, we know you did and staff hopefully sees it as well through this post.
My biggest problem with all of this is that you have 270+ hours and still can't be bothered to follow the rules.

Can confirm. I witnessed and went through the chat logs. Even a major staff member witnessed this entire case and made a remark on it in the OOC chat right after he had started with his demotions. If i do remember correctly, it was Jono.

Are you sure? Because if I look at the replies, I can clearly see that you did read the posts, You may now wanna be careful because if you lie, that can be taken into account and can give you a longer punishment beyond the trouble you are in right now

If you have screenshots of the chat logs, may you please post them?
I did not take any screenshots as i assumed
would deal with it and or have a look at the situation. (If Jono was the one on, again, i cant recall for sure. But i do remember he made a "Lol" remark or something similar, in oppose to someone being "randomly" demoted.)
I don't really recall - Would you know roughly when this was as I can check logs which may refresh one's memory

Must've been Thursday or Friday last week. It was straight before map change. I drove to my cabin Friday, and that's around when the new map got pushed out. But this was on EvoCity. What went as follows was that the president performed a random demote based on some OOC case. Where you were one of the first one to make a "lol" remark in chat. Followed by me and a few more. Then a second demote was issued someone.Hope it helps any way. I know the struggle of short time memory, haha.
