Today we are very pleased to announce the Summer 2017 event.

Summer Card Event




Players can collect a set of 12 different summer cards, including foil cards.
Cards will be rewarded for REP, purchasing (membership / moneypack) or using in-game currency to purchase booster packs. 

REP:
- Provides 1 free trading card (*for new REP only)

Membership:
- Provides 1 free trading cards (*for purchasing/extending membership)

Moneypacks:
- Provides 1 free trading card per pack (*for purchasing moneypacks)

Summer Booster Pack L:
This pack contains 2 trading cards and you can buy it with in-game currency.
It cost $50.000

Summer Booster Pack XL:
This pack contains 4 trading cards and you can buy it with in-game currency.
It cost $70.000

Summer Reward Pack:
This pack requires one of each normal summer card (6) in exchange for the reward.
It'll remove one of each card from inventory in exchange.

Rewards:

#Up to $80.000 extra money (starting at $20.000)

#A random vehicle or item


Summer Foil Reward Pack:
This pack requires one of each foil summer card (6) in exchange for the reward.
It'll remove one of each card from inventory in exchange.

Rewards:

#A random vehicle, item or suit


Summer Complete Reward Pack:
This pack requires one of each normal and foil summer card (12) in exchange for the reward.
It'll remove one of each card from inventory in exchange.

Rewards:

#An expensive/special random vehicle


The event ends August 4th.

wasted a lot of money so far, can't wait to spend more!

Eh, If I am personally honest - I'm not a huge fan of this event anymore like I was at the start of the event.

Recently just claimed the Summer Complete Collection (12 Cards) and retrieved Jaguar-F Type (Which is $170,000). I have spent $1.5 Millon, £15 on Money Packs and Sold 5 Individual vehicles on the Market to get a Jaguar F Type which I expected to rather be a McLaren, DB5 or something Special as said in the quote of the update.

It was a good update and something from LimeLight, however, I believe the nerfs that were made from the previous ones were a touch too far. I do also respect the Development from both models and coding t hat would have been put into effort but the reward I received for the highest collection has slightly thrown me from wanting to continue with the event. Anything written above is not meant to harshly slag anything from this event or the developers behind making it.

After talking to a few staff and developers, one did this and told me what was going on:

That's why I dont buy moneypacks for this event/cut wood to get the cards

I dont wan't to be hostile in anyway but these rewards are not worth the "grinding". I spend 370k on booster packs so far and got 4 different cards. 11 (!) times the same card.

The rewards are just "horrible" for the amount of money which you need to put in. Some people even got a cinematic camera. An Item for 2k.

I actually like this event. I am making a quick buck selling the cards I receive on a regular basis and people seem to need them.
