The time is produced twice on player's profiles. This is from the Last Visited.

oh wait it shows like a text like 1 min ago on the first one but if its a longer time it shows fucked up

Left-hand side displays how long ago the user was last active on the forums, the right-hand side displays what time this was. As Cooli pointed out, in some circumstances the time will be duplicated.
