//Bio
Sarah Leslie MacArthur was born on the 23rd of August 1991, to parents Jacob and Mary MacArthur, as the youngest of three sisters - Chloe and Ellen MacArthur. Given her father's previous role in the law enforcement sector, and her grandmother's similar occupation, her and her siblings were all encouraged to follow the family tradition. Graduating from the academy in 2010, she went on to join the EvoCity Police Department as a standard patrol officer.

After several months of outstanding police work, MacArthur met Hank Anderson, in a club in Downtown Evo - a soldier serving in the Armed Forces Reserves. Given their similar views on the law and justice, a relationship kindled. From friends, to lovers, to the 19th of July, 2012 as husband and wife. After a year and a half spent on maternity leave, Sarah returned to the force on the 3rd of January 2014, reinstated as a patrol officer. Several years later, MacArthur remains a bold and charismatic officer of the law - lighthearted but sensible, she strives to help keep the city streets and the citizens who dwell there safe from those who would do them harm, a trait that runs through the family.

Addendum: As of 28/7/2017, Officer MacArthur has transferred to the Rockford Police Department, on request of the US Armed Forces. This is due to her husband's reassignment to the area, and as such she has been released from our ranks to them. She will be missed. - Superintendent Kenway.

//Physical Description
MacArthur is quite tall in comparison to the average person her age, being 6'1''. Towering over quite a few citizens can give her a daunting appearance, however her easy-going attitude stops her from intimidating most people. She has brunette hair, tied back in a ponytail, and matching hazel eyes. Having managed to keep fit most of her life, she is of an average build. There is evidence of scar tissue on her brow, just above her right eye, after a childhood accident.

//Family Relations
Note: Due to the extensive nature of most families in the Evo State, ECPD records will only list close family from now on - Superintendent Kenway.
Addendum: Pets do NOT count as close family. Any registry officers adding such entries to official records will face disciplinary action. - Captain Parke.

Mother: Mary Sue MacArthur, age 43 - Deceased.
Father: Jacob MacArthur, age 39 - Electrician.
Siblings:
Ellen MacArthur, age 26 - Journalist.
Chloe MacArthur, age 28 - Deceased [Badge No. 352].

Spouse: Hank Anderson, age 24 - Corporal, Army Reserves.
Children:
Laura Anderson MacArthur, age 5.

Commissioner Note: After Detective Chloe MacArthur fell in the line of duty combating a large-scale terrorist threat to EvoCity, Sarah has been offered several extensions to her paid bereavement leave. She has rejected these offers, and has returned to active duty within the force. I recommended that superiors keep an eye on her activities, and report any notable changes to Internal Affairs. While I am happy for her to continue active service (And with the budget cuts we're facing, lord knows we need every officer we can get), it would be preferable for us not to have another "Loose Cannon" situation on our hands. Enough of those as it is, in this godforsaken city.
nice thread
Nice thread, I actually like how you did this

Lieutenant,
I have received your notice regarding the relocation of Officer MacArthur (Badge No. 416) and her husband to the city area of Rockford, and as such have confirmed the personnel transfer with my counterpart at the RF:PD. Officer MacArthur will be terribly missed, but given the severe state of the recent rioting, she is better off not being in the area while military relief efforts are on duty.

I would also like to thank you on behalf of the entire EC:PD, for your co-operation and assistance in this troubling time. We need all the help we can get, and your generous donation of both time and money to the city of Evo is greatly appreciated. Regardless, the fact that you are transferring my officers when they are most needed, without first consulting me, is rather troubling. If you can inform me if and when she will be returning to us, that would be most beneficial.

Yours sincerely,
Superintendant Michael Kenway
EvoCity Police Department

Superintendent,
It is my pleasure to assist you in this dire time - after all, that is my job, and the National Guard is always there to lend a hand. While we do regret that Corporal Anderson and his family had to be transferred in such a dire time, the motion had already been in place for months. However, I regret to inform you that his wife, Officer MacArthur, shall not be transferred back within the foreseeable future. Close family of active military personnel are to accompany them on their deployment to new military bases, and she has been transferred as per protocol to local housing near the 182nd outpost. This change is final.

If you have any more questions however, please feel free to ask away, but I am a very busy woman - and as such, it is not guaranteed that I will respond in due time.

(OOC)
Decided to come up with this to explain why she's now in Rockford workin for the RF:PD. Lemme know what y'all think.
Great thread. I do not need to say that this is the most work I have ever seen on this Website being put into something like this. It is truly amazing what you have created here. Hats off.
