Summary: Propblocking and excessive force (shooting at me for a pretty invalid reason). Noticed this player got a few Blacklists yesterday aswell and has had multiple PTE's for propblock previously.

Unfortunatly im unable to upload to Youtube (Internet in the area is having maintenance done thats why its on sendspace). I can do it hopefully in a few days or so.
