Summary: He broke fearRP. So me and my friend were getting arrested. But I only got one minute (2 but I have membership) and already got out, so I returned to the place where my friend was still in custody, Made sure that the officer was unarmed. took out my firearm, told him to get on the ground, on which he jsut called for back-up, while under gunpoint. Evidence (screenshots) can be found at the next bit.

What you can see i just put my pistol holster. So when he saw that (close) to mee he randomly draw he`s weapon. I have 1 witness who can confrim my side of my story, who is outside of this event. Not related

And i dont see a rule what says i cannot press radios panic button (btw that should not been seen by other, please change it so) and you took POLICE officer hostage in Burger King parking lot, i dont see valid reason take hostage.
Whilst under gun point (fearRP), you should follow the player who has the firearms orders. FearRP would also cover pressing your panic button when he has a gun aims directly at you.
I do undestood that, but what that leads to: I can take police officer to hostage just avoiding friend arrest, and other will no know nothing that some is hostage.

Where has gone times that anarchists do petty crims? Taking an officer is not small.
Denied.

Evidence insufficient to show FearRP violation - backup could have been called after shots were fired or during a moment when the gunman turned away, which cannot be determined on the evidence provided.
