You let police in then swat arrive and gate was closed we tried warrant and rammed it but didn't work then swat started to keypad crack the gate open.

We were in a rush to enter the house as soon as we can because of a report of a gun crime in the house
I let the police in but if you wanted swat in you should of let me open it for them or got a warrant.

The ram did not even work. When we went outside i'm pretty sure you had still a warrant, But the ram just did not work.

What about we let a Staff Member check the logs from 2 days ago ?

Fair to assume by the accused that if cops are already inside and suspect is handcuffed that there is a warrant already, the search has been consented to, or there has been a reason for cops to enter without a warrant. In each of the 3 cases I described it is not abuse to use the keypad cracker there.
