Can I have a bit more context with this? I'm assuming the vice was detained and being escorted in your car for something, but please clarify. Why did you instantly start screaming about rule violations instead of telling the vice president to stop moving?

-Involved- (Was the officer who cuffed her in the first place, and was near her the whole time.)

mestaoptik was going to be charged with quite a few offences, ranging from placing a hit on the president to assaulting an officer. We could not place him in the car with the cuffs on, we informed him that his cuffs were removed only due to that issue and that he should act as if he still was cuffed. (He was being moved from DTM to Jails)

She also later disconnected to avoid arrest when she was demoted and warranted, after I captured her again and was about to arrest her, she left without prior warning.

I yelled at her because when I first was arresting her she was breaking fearrp and then stopped and we started escorting her but she does it again in the video.

Please say "dont move" at least once to make sure the person is aware of FearRP before you start screaming about rule breaking next time, makes it easier for us to review too.
