So, in-game, I can hear everything but players when they speak.
It was working fine before the two restarts which happened around 19:20 BST.
Any suggestions
Be sure to have voice_enable 1 in console.

As well, my keybind for talking via voice chat is broken

This is a general issue when a Microphone is unplugged with GMod's shitty source code which disables all talk if you are in a game. If you are having issues, recommended to re-launch Garry's Mod or your computer.

I've not unplugged my mic for a few weeks.
I had the same problem once, just restart your gmod (or your computer) Restarting fixed the problem at me
Relogging a second time seemed to fix it fine.
