When the president tells you to back off or you'll be dealt with I'm fairly certain they're organizing a raid not a friendly banishment. You can see how someone feels about by their actions against you and the fact that they ordered SWAT to kill us shows their standing.

Yes we were indeed performing a military-style march.

This is an armed protest that occurred in the United States. Last I checked that isn't North Korea.

Basic freedoms to us are the small things like being able to peacefully exist within your own walls without the police having a power trip and busting in because they can. Which has, again, happened to me as I was sitting in the lobby of a law office that served no militant purpose until 3 Percenters rendezvoused there after a raid. Well after the original scenario. Also, go on and become president and legalize all weapons and open carry and tell me what happens. Or I can from the numerous times me and my group have done it. Everybody equips every weapon they can for the meme and just stands around because it's funny and they can. I don't believe I've ever had a police incident involving firearms during such a scenario. Maybe it's because the police are "too scared" to do anything (newsflash, they aren't) or maybe it's because 99% of charges on this server are firearm related.

I live in the US, I could drive down the street in a tank if I wanted to provided it have functioning headlights, blinkers, and rubberized treads. I can also go to an auction and purchase an anti-tank gun, I'm just pretty sure I'd need to register it with the ATF and would have to use solid AP shells. And the howitzer was never aimed at the Nexus except for any time it spazzed out. Perhaps the problem lies in that the government on this server can't handle being inferior to another group. Believe it or not the citizens and even a number of police officers support us. When my group and I were RPing as a sheriff's office, with permission from the prior president who had just changed, and an overzealous police sergeant decided to arrest us, I had one cop pull a gun on them and another PM me saying they were ready to shoot them. Following our release they were willing to join up, bar one who had an IC reason to change their mind, and were bringing friends. I put out one clan advert and instantly get people at our door ready to serve.

Final note: quick research shows that a 152mm shell (the howitzer we use was built off of a 152mm reference) will make a crater 4m in diameter. Not quite an entire town. But I suppose that's just your government propaganda brain at work.

The police weren't standing by since they supported your actions. They were standing by since they knew you guys were going to instantly mow down the police force for intervening. The SWAT did their own thing, but the police weren't in support of you. They were scared of you. They knew your reputation of being cop killers, and you lived up perfectly to it when you killed anyone who intervened with your "parade". Don't put blame on the SWAT for doing their jobs and keeping the city safe. They aren't at fault. They saw multiple threats and attempted to deal with them.

Murder isn't intervention. Police are civilians, unless they are placed above the law in the case of dictators, so look at it this way: Group A (3 Percenters) is fired upon by Groub B (SWAT). Both groups are armed civilians, the only difference is who supports them. When a civilian shoots back at another civilian who is firing at them with intent to kill what is it called? The answer is self-defense. Being in the government does not give you a free pass to murder civilians.

The march wasn't a show of force in the "we have bigger guns" sense, it was to show that we had the support of nearly every non-government citizen and they were marching against their tyranny. When the government fired upon citizens protesting for their rights then it became apparent who was really in the wrong.

You've compartmentalized to the point where it's not worth arguing. You can't understand the fact that the swat weren't in the wrong firing at you. You walked down the street, armed, ready to kill the whole government. The swat are a peace keeping entity. You are not. They keep order. You start armed rebellions. You guys aren't doing Shays Rebellion or the Whiskey Rebellion from the 1700s. Your Rebellion is attacking and killing anyone who stands in your way. You murdered them. They tried to keep peace using force.

Don't try to claim your actions were self defense. You knew they were going to fire. You knew you were going to kill the president. All because of a 2000 dollar fee and manipulated words.

Would it have made a difference if they were, per say, FBI SWAT? Part of a defined government agency. They would have had the same job, but they are a federal government entity.

Your actions directly reflect the definition of terrorism. The unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. Fits you perfectly.

Just so you know the first shot of that skirmish was them shooting an unarmed guy in the back.

They already are a defined government agency. You've got the mentality of someone who plays as a cop far too much. You really don't seem to understand that we respectfully requested a change in the laws (and not just the $2000 fine you're so fixated on) and the president's immediate response was threatening to have us killed. If you were a political activist and you sent a letter to whoever makes your laws saying "Greetings, I would like it if <insert change in legislation> could happen, thank you." and they responded with "Back off or I'll have you killed." then you probably wouldn't be very happy either.

Also alan liked your post and he literally abducted one of my guys while he was building at 6 am and brought him back to their "holding cell" to have him tortured for information on the 3 Percenters. It's almost as if the government is always out for blood.

You had basic freedoms, and I can promise you now mate, being given the freedom to openly own and carry anything such as an AR-15 is simply meaning you're both a shit president and a massacre will occur at some point which will result in bans.

Overall - It was a bloody stupid idea to even bother walking through the streets with a military weapon capable of destroying an entire town in one shot, and walking with 10 men (Who at the time of server population was a lot) open carrying weapons and expect to not be shot.

The Return of the 3 Percenters

Following a period of peace within Evocity, the III Percenters saw their work was done and the General pulled his forces out to continue the fight for freedom where they were needed. Their forces mobilized to the city of Rockford, where they commandeered a ranch to train and arm their men.

A small course was erected and drills were conducted with two new recruits.

That is not to say the day went without issue.

A ruler came into power calling himself the Big Boss of Evocity. He allowed his goons to randomly strip search any citizen on the street as they saw fit. The General and his men rallied in their Hummers and trucks and deployed to the Town Hall for a quick meeting. They entered without visible arms and politely requested an appointment which was arranged. Upon arriving at the Boss's floor, General Jones and Sergeant-Major Hicks declared their possessions and were instead threatened if they didn't consent to an immediate strip search. They then had a meeting wherein the Boss refused to adhere to the 27 Amendments God delivered unto Abraham. When attempting to leave peacefully, the Boss attempted to have them arrested, which was successful as his two Gestapo gunned down an unarmed* man and his defender.

His reign did not last long. Following their release and regrouping, 8 soldiers deployed to the Town Hall to put an end to it. The General, Sergeant-Major Hicks, Captain Grant, and a Minuteman gathered in the elevator with a police officer who was voluntold to let them through. The remaining soldiers, two corporals and two Minutemen, remained on the ground floor to keep their exit secure.

They then entered the Boss's office where they detained his security detail with no shots fired and held a meeting in his office. The General offered him the chance to step down and end it all with no bloodshed. The Boss refused and as such was read his last rites and summarily executed with 20 .45s to the head and neck. It is believed the ridiculous number of bullets required to execute him was a result of his abnormally thick skull and the slow travel speed of the .45 ACP. The detained security were then released and the General and his men left them. Following a few acts of god, the III Percenters found themselves surrounded by SWAT and police officers on the ground floor. Rather than choosing to survive, the officers chose death and were slaughtered after they decided to stun and open fire on the soldiers trying to leave peacefully.

Heavy casualties were sustained on both sides. However, the III Percenters once more emerged victorious and the survivors rendezvoused at The Ranch where they celebrated freedom and mourned their fallen brothers. A Continental Ranger was later quoted: "I only began to question victory when I started running out of ammo."

*Technically he was armed but the game was bugged and the gun did not function so do with that what you will.
