Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. So, he was running around spawning props Pushing cars & killing with them.
(I got killed 3 or 4 times in the city I think, so I tried to get out of my NLR Zones, sorry I were inside one. Could not remember where all the zones where.)

Something went wrong with the third video. All that happend there was that he killed me in my NLR Zone so i got arlerts to leave the zone. I left asap.
