I believe this is happening to everyone right now, presume it will be fixed after the server restarts

Cars are usually left spawned in for 15 minutes to prevent people from reconnecting to get their cars back.

It is. Vehicles from players who left 3hours + are still here

Can confirm. I come on the server and have to manually remove them.

Can confirm that cars are being removed a few minutes after the player has disconnected.
