Summary: A search warrant was issued on mine and my mates property on grounds I do not believe comply with the server rules. I gave several warnings that their reasons did not comply with the rules as being a probable cause, he acknowledged it but continued anyway. Only after they had raided me and killed me did they give me a slight opportunity to talk it out on OOC.

1. Our property was approached by Gamerpro2266 and Hank, both SWAT members. They arrived weapons drawn sirens blaring.
2. We were in the process of building a gate in our precisely 2 high (2 phx units high), which was legal and did not fall under the high wall category. There was no keypad and fading door because obviously.. We were in the middle of constructing it. The president (BlauerPanda03) noted in the laws that high walls(4 phx units) weren't allowed and could warrant a search.
3. I told them several times I did not consent to a search(without warrant)Video 1 - 0:00. Gamerpro2266 argued that was grounds for a warrant, which is simply not true and highly unrealistic.
4. We were not armed. We had contraband in the very back of our base not visible or hearable from the streets.
5. We did have high walls, in the very back of our base NOT visible (Video 1 - 0:12) to the SWAT team at the time of requesting the warrant. According to Gamerpro2266 the warrant was issued because of 'high walls' - (Video 3 - 0:07)he was referring to the only visible walls to him(he explicitly said so over voice) AKA the 2 phx unit high walls.
6. I asked several times to talk it out OOC (in local OOC and voice) since I believed they were breaking RP rules. I was completely ignored. (Video 1 - 01:45)
7. When I realized they weren't listening and they were gonna go ahead with the raid, regardless of being warned they were breaking rules, I retreated inside, armed up and prepared for a gun fight I knew I was going to lose. (Video 2 - 0:00)
8. I opened fire as they entered my base, I lost the gunfight and they broke my contraband.

Here's where he completely ignores the rules when confronted about the fact that he had NO probable cause for the warrant. This was all OOC. All visible in Video 3.

I asked him the reason for the search warrant (Video 3 0:07)

>can you tell me what the initial warrant said
"Uhhh high walls" - Gamerpro2266
>Okay, but you did not see these walls from outside. It was pretty clear that you did not.
"uhh ohh uhm i have nothing to answer"- Gamerpro2266
>Yeah cus you didn't
*arrested*

"The president was happy for us to raid so we're raiding and that's done." (Video 4)
So just because the president accepted the warrant means the grounds for the warrant are valid? Uh, no.

Gamerpro2266 broke rule 10.1: Do not randomly raid a property; you must have a probable cause.

I believe there was no probable cause. He did not see high walls, we were not armed, he did not see or hear any contraband and no just because I do not give consent to be searched without warrant does NOT mean you can get a warrant on those grounds. This is someone randomly warranting because OOC he can see my job is criminal, and when confronted with it will just pass the blame onto the president as if its not his fault, even though he issued the warrant and CLEARLY knows hes breaking the rules (video 3 & 4).
