I was doing notes from officers work. And when i was coming to end of my tour i would've go to nexus with my notes. To sum them all up and figure out if our goverment would improve in some sort of things. I was outside nexus as Prime Minister. I don't see point why i could not move without SS, it's not even said in Rules. I have seen even president moving out of nexus while admin been Swat, and clearly saw president going without SS. I don't know the point of that really. But there is it. My backstory is said. In my opinion i did right, i was doing work to improve the goverment what was lead by President.

The point being that you are opening yourself up for easy hostage or shooting. If you were to look at the Pres/VP in the real world, they can't even get a cup of coffee without the SSA shutting down and securing the area first.
And yet you are walking the streets with not even a hired security guard. That right there is a bit of FailRP in my opinion.
Second, if you were out in the field, perhaps you should have waited to demote anyone until you returned home. It wouldn't be a simple press of a button to strip someone of their ranks. You could have at least talked to your boss, the president first.
From what I'm seeing is that the officers are doing their job, trying to keep things moving along (such as trying to get you to move your car), and yet your response is to demote them for it.
Is there anything else to add before this is decided?

So even the laws states "Insulting/Disrespecting inside goverment leads for demote" The officer were cursing me in very bad way, and threratened to take my car. IRL, that's something what will not happen.

I just saw you sitting infront of the nexus, nothing more. No use of /me's (/me take notes ect.). Nothing which shows that you were actually roleplaying at the moment.

He never insulted you or was disrespecting you in any way. Maybe he used ONE wrong word but the sentence "can you atleast move your fucking car " (which was parked complettely wrong). He never threatened to "take" your car. As said above, he told/asked you to move your car.
That is correct, I never said I would take your car.. I did say "move your f**king car" for being close to a vehicle fire.. I didn't even have time to walk 3 steps before being demoted. but I don't see how that is disrespectful.. If that was the case then you should've had a free speech law in place. There is like 3-4 different people that I barely even know commenting about the lack of care you have as a pres/vice.

After extensive research there are certainly a few concerns that I have with your play style as President or Vice President.
First, you seem to go into Dictator mode very easily, which actually is something that you need admin permission to be in. Removing basic human rights are not allowed without said permission. For example, making public protests illegal.
Second, you never roleplayed any police investigation. The only time you ever mentioned any kind of paperwork was when you were using it while the officer was talking to you. There was never a time before or after of you mentioning any police report or investigation. And no time during this did you use a single /me or /it to jot down notes or hint that you were working on something.
Third, you are quick to demote. I have not seen one instance that you actually talked to anyone before demoting someone. Voice chat? Maybe, but I'm doubting that as you often go into .// and state for others to use text only. Therefore after the evidence and my own research to verify some claims, I do believe that your judgements are to quick. You need to allow more time, or do an actually investigation before jumping on the demote card. As for demoting someone because they called you out, that is going into Dictator mode there. Free speech is a thing.
As such, I am going to issue you a 4 hour blacklist for President. This has been reduced due to your recent clean history. You have been doing well on avoiding Bans and Blacklists and that is appreciated. I just recommend that you work on your President play style a bit.
