Involved - as both player on the video and tagged in PR
Story goes as following:
Sluu (accused party) is seen being held under gunpoint by a weapons dealer, when we coincidentally walk past them. The weapons dealer doesn't spot us and continues to hold Sluu under gunpoint, so we're able to move up to him and command him to put his firearm down. He doesn't do this, so we take the gundealer down and Sluu screams out of fear.
Sure, screaming out of fear is fine, when done with moderation. The way Sluu screamed nearly blew out all of our speakers, so I told him off on that as he had about 90 hours in-game time. He stops screaming and I tell him to leave the area after the arrest has been made, and he does. (Gamerpro can be seen leaving the location of the arrest).
A few seconds later, he comes walking back and starts screaming again, multiple times, as to a degree I take this in-character as public disturbance and failure to comply with an immediate order to leave the area.
I, as you can hear in the video, tell him that instead of the situation that unfolded earlier (which was already discussed OOCly, with his response being ''whatever'') and next to the following screams he continued with, this is being taken ICly to avoid confusion from earlier encounters. I assume he rather got confused from that, and thinks I am making the arrest for an OOC reason. However, whilst trying to explain that upon him, I get interrupted by him multiple times, and cannot really defend myself on that.
He says he was going to post a player report on me multiple times as to which I was trying to defend myself, but noticing this won't work as it's a ''yes you did, no I didn't'' case, I try to refer him to the forums for that and he acknowledges that with a final 'I know that, I know that, you cunt', to which I told him he just screwed his potential player report up and that I was going to continue this ICly to not hold the roleplay up any further.
Main reason for me to give Gamerpro the go-ahead for the report (as he was making a bunch of player reports already anyways) is that Sluu has confirmed (not on video) that he's seen me on the server already before and that he basically didn't like me back then either.
This gives me the thought that the attitude he carried out was related to that, and thus, specifically targeted at me.
In addition to that, the player has had two previous bans for insulting a player (by use of homophobic remarks) and disrespect towards a staff member. Not to forget, a bunch of blacklists regarding those offenses and other offenses.
