Hmm, since I know how to skin. I might try do some considering I have photoshop.

I like the CPD skins a lot. I believe the Secret Service SUV (Chevrolet Suburban) has one of those skins already, but it wouldn't be able to be applied as it's Secret Service only.

I does come as the default skin I think.

So I am using Pac3 to test out skins and make sure they are perfect before the final product is made.

Here is one I made in about 15 minutes, just to see if everything was working good.
