I downloaded Google Chrome instead of using safari, it worked on Google Chrome but not on safari. 
I'm guessing this is just a safari problem or your mobile provide. 

The error message on Safari was "Safari could not connect to the server"

i have a sony z5 and i use google chrome

My iPad is with EE, let me see if I can connect.

That's also working for me.

This is an issue that appears to only be affecting those trying to connect from EE's network. We're not entirely sure why this is occurring and will investigate.

Nothing we can do about it, unfortunately.

If those experiencing this issue wish to contact EE, they may then be able to help with the issue.
