Why should you be unblacklisted?:  I got my blacklist from weapons for about 2 months ago when I was playing as a criminal. The blacklist that I got by Blackdog made me leave Limelight as I thought that it wasn't fun to be limited to what I could and could not do. This resulted me to leave the community and I started playing other games, etc. I love to play with my friends on Limelights as I think it's an unique experience where I can develop my character and interact with other people. I now plan to start playing on Limelight again as I have alot of friends who play here and I would like to join them. My blacklist was issued by Blackdog and I feel that I never quite understood why I got my blacklist. I feel like Blackdog didn't listen to what I said because I don't think that I did anything wrong. If I did anything that was against the rules then I would have to hear what I did soo I can develop my understanding of the rules and how Limelight should be played. I feel like Blackdog missunderstood the situation as I never really l felt like I could talk about what happend.



I think it could be missunderstood because it started with that I got abit angry at the secret service that was standing in the Nexus lobby. I then insulted them and I don't think that it was against the law to do so. I did right after insulting them turn around and ran away towards the apartments. They then ran after me and started shooting at me because they wanted me to stop (which I don't think is allowed). This made me react in self defence so I ran behind a corner and equiped a weapon to then respond to their fire as self defence.



I hope that we can resolve this situation so everyone is satisfied and I understand how a missunderstanding could be made.

Its two months later, but from what I recall, they did not shoot at you, you started trouble with the SS by threatening someone, and attempted to return to murder them after they dealt with you, i also recall explaining in detail what you did, and why it was wrong.

Why did you wait 2 months to post an appeal when the fine details of the situation would have been long forgotton?

Stopped playing because I got pissed since I felt that I was treated wrong by you. But i see if you missunderstood the situation, but they started to shoot at me while i ran towards the slums, so i equipped my weapon and shot back, nothing wrong with that.

Also, why the SS was mad at me was because they where rude from the beginning saying "The Nexus is in Lockdown, get out or get shot". So what I did is that I told them while backing off that I'll show them, then they chased me and shot at me. This was all roleplay and i feel that you have missunderstood whole roleplaying situation that turned into AggressiveRP.


So you are saying that i tried to break NLR now too? No no no, that's not what happend at all, and you know that too. You never even mentioned that when we had the sit. I feel that your point of view in this situation is really biased. You didn't even let me explain myself :/

Due to the fact two months have passed in this situation and most memory of the details of this having long since been forgotton, i see no reason to undo the punishment i originaly issued.


You have 24hrs to provide some kind of evidence to back your claims or this will be denied.

You did not provide any evidence what so ever when i asked what rule i broke etc.. You didn't even let me explain myself. 
This blacklist is falsely made, this blacklist is made out of what you think that you saw, you only saw about 30% of the whole situation, when i asked you what rule i broke and how I did it, you didn't answer properely. Even if it has gone 2 months, I don't see why that's an issue, you have the logs don't you?

My above statement still stands, do you have any evidence at all to back your claims?

I have very little memory of this case's particulars, and as such I will need evidence to show me my original decision needs amending.

Could you please tell me how you saw the situation as good as you can and tell me exactly what actions made you punish me with a blacklist.

I didn't record when the situation took place and neither did you. I think it's unfair that I should be the one who comes up with evidence when you're the one that actually did something wrong. I wasn't ready to get a blacklist or anything etc but I told you in the situation what happend but it didn't seem like you listened to me.

I would like you to get some type of evidence that they did not start to shoot me if possible, as that was an important part you missed. I would like you to check logs, damagedata or anything like that which could prove that I never did anything wrong.

If you can't provide any evidence I'd like you to say your conception of this and let another Staff member take care of this case, i request another Administrator if you do not seem to understand the situation

The data youve requested by this point 2 months later will either no longer be there or be lost in a daily set of logs well over 20,000-40, 000 lines of code, yhis will also in no way show context on the situation, voice and so on.

Had you not waited 2 months to appeal this memory od the situation woild still be fresh in ones mind and information would stik exist and be easier to find.

I have no reason to doubt my decision from then is wrong and unless you can peovide any evidence to the contrary, you have 24hrs to provide this

In the future do not wait 2 months to post an appeal, the longer you wait, the less chance the information you request will either exist, or be able to be found, ontop of people simple forgetting the details of your case over long periods of time.
