Why should You Be Unblacklisted? - Now what happned. I placed about 40 melons in the back of Kamaz casue I wanted to sell them to people. When I got in my truck and drove away. I didnt notice that all of the melons rolled out of my truck cause I was in 1st person and you cant really see what is going on behind you when you drive that truck. Then the person who is allways right comes in and blacklists me for propspam. Now I dont know how it is propspam if the melons rolled out of the back of my truck. Took away my toolgun, physics gun for 4 hours and the ability to spawn props.

Yeah I didn't see that they rolled out of my truck when I drove away cause I was in 1st person. How is that prop spam if they just rolled out of my truck???? Tell me please

Can you clarify why you even had 40 melons in the back of your truck in the first place, and how this was appropriate to do while your job was set as 'thug'? I'd also recommend you keep yourself in check while responding to this UBR.

And what just changed that you posted what I said in OOC???

Well it seems you were very rude and (not meant to be funny) toxic towards the staff member. It could shed light on why you weren't given a warning.

My prime question is: Why did you feel it was a good idea to throw your max prop limit of melons into the back of a truck?

Your truck was outside of the city and melons we're all over the center area of the city when I arrived to the propspam @ calls

Well usaly food products are delivered buy truck or van and none of you have told me how it is propspam if the melons rolled out of my truck

Why is a Thief driving around unsecured watermelons and not paying attention to his questionable cargo?

You had almost 40 melons, rolling around, in the back of a truck, able to fly out at any moment, driving through the center of the city, the area with the worst performance by default on the map.

Sidenote:
Melons are shipped in wooden boxes, or thick sturdy cardboard, strapped down pallet containers for easy movement into stores via a forklift or pallet jack, not loose rolling around so they get damaged and hurt people.

After checking the logs it would appear that this was not propspam, but still a misuse of your props themselves, not as severe an infraction as propspam shows a willing disregard for the rules themself and malicious intent, though what youve done is still a problem.

Do you understand why you shouldnt be loading 40 loose melons into the back of a truck rather than RPing a container with them in it?

Yeah I noticed that I didn't change my job name from "Thug" to "Watermelon Salesman" after Toxic told me that.

Ok, I understand now. Ill make sure that I next time just spawn in some boxes and then imagine that they are full with watermelons.

After some debate, I've decided to keep your blacklist as issued, but rather than propspam it's going to be with the reason "misuse of props" which, having 904 hours on our server, is something you should've thought about before putting 40 watermelon props in the back of your truck to scatter and give off the appearance of propminging in the middle of the road in the city.
