Summary: FailRP as a cop

He tail gated me for 5 min and didn't have any emergency lights or sirens to warn me to pull over, He rammed my car, and without saying anything, he forced me out of my car without any warnings or reason, and placed a random arrest on me. Didn't read my rights or told me anything.

Thank you for your player-report, Qannter.

It will take a while for it to be reviewed by our staff-members.
Meanwhile, the accused player and witnesses may reply to this report.
All this shows is a chat log of you being arrested.

Do you have any evidence of the occurrences throughout the arrest?
It says in the chat log, That he doesnt speak to me at all, he breaks my car window, and forces me out, he still doesn't say anything. he writes the warrant, and thats it. does not say "step out of the car"
or "why i pulled you over" even tho he just rammed into me, and straight arrests me. Improper use of police tools, and RA as a failRP cop.
Police aren't required to do any of these things when they arrest you. As long as the warrant is relevant then that's all that's required, which it is in this case. It's what's called roleplay freedom. Not reading out your rights to you doesn't break the rules, it just makes him a bad cop.

Anything more to say on this before I wrap up?
Even if the warrant is lies? I did wanted to take it IC and call the sarge or pres, but i had to go. Plus a simple demotion isnt enough. I had a PR on me that got approved a while ago because i did almost the same thing.
Unfortunately, yes. Having to leave isn't an excuse for administrators to take unnecessary action for you.

No rules broken,
