Summary: I went into city as the Police Sergeant in my Ford Explorer, and was proppushed all the way down mainstreet. I got out and took screen shots of him prop surfing.

From what I could tell by looking through whatever that image hosting site is (please use imgur or something next time, honestly), none of your screenshots actually has the name of the prop owner. All I see is a guy propsurfing, can't really tell from the evidence who it is. Correct me if I'm wrong as once again I had trouble viewing things very well.
