Is it allowed to steal cars with a tow truck with a valid reason?

I mean can I use tow truck with stealing cars, you like tow them.

I chased this up with and it was confirmed that there aren't any rules against it, but if you'd like my view on it, it should be kept to a realistic sort of context such as a chop stop style RP or similar.

Anything else ?
