I've been waiting a while for a password reset email.
I forgot my password, therefore I can't change my username to remove the annoying icons or sign in on any other device.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder? Sometimes Limelight emails get sent there.

This might be the chip off the old block, but - have you attempted to resend? If not, I recommened otherwise attempt contacting a Developer or HR member of Staff.
