Summary
The user had an issue where guns would be placed in the centre of the model, rather in the hands.
First, the user was suggested to remove all weapon files starting in "w". This was unsuccessful.
Next, the user was directed to remove their weapon folder and replace it with one from a download link. This did not work.
Finally, the user was asked to verify the integrity of both CSS and GMOD, and to delete all TTT related addons; the user could have also deleted and unsubscribed from all GMOD addon then have deleted and reinstalled both CSS and GMOD. Ultimately, this solution was a success.
