Why should you be unbanned?: I did nothing of the sort, i were warned once "Multiple" is when it's 3 or 4 not one the harrassment of players is a complete lie i said one sentence to toxic saying "Oh no, we're having fun in OOC Stop it, we're triggering Toxic" that is all, that isnt harrasment that's just a laugh, there were 3 other people having a laugh with me in OOC and because i have a joke with him he decides to take it out on me... gg

These are the messages from my console at the time, all three of us got warned once to stop and we did, i said something completely unrelated to the conversation we were having before.

You had previously been instigating others in OOC, well before what you've posted in this UBR. You were also warned regarding your behavior and told to knock it off, a couple of times actually. Yet you continued, and Soviet and I decided enough was enough, and I suspended you.

At this point, the accused was suspended as overall his OOC chatter was toxic and rude towards players, staff, and just in general. You were suspended for already being warned previously by me and the "multiple" in your ban reason should have been "already warned" as there was only one warning issued to you via OOC.

"Mocking" search up the term first before you use it in a single sentence, also search up what Harassment means also, you obviously dont understand what they both mean, if i were mocking the person about the 1.11 rule i'd be making fun of him, but all i had stated were the "1.11 rule that everyone spouts when they're in the wrong" there were no harassment or mockery in that. The part where you say i start "Harassing a player calling him edgy" There were no comment saying "Here mate you're edgy for saying such words" i said "1 Easy step to become edgy" "Change your name to Xxx_edgymofoFaZe_xXX" Once again no harassment or mockery in that. Now the last part. If i say Oh no, we're having fun in OOC stop it we're triggering Toxic I'm saying stop typing in OOC i lead no one. other people started the conversation but you seemed to want to stick against me, and to be honest this entire situation was handled the completely wrong way throwing in accusations that make no sense "Harrasment" here is how to define it | aggressive pressure or intimidation. Even in this unban request you've been using provokative language, including the statement at the very end which you edited out because you know that it was out of line. I recommend you keep this request professional as the people responding to it have been up to this point.

Well, if you were in my position you would also be aggravated too. But you're too used to everyone kissing your rear end, but to be honest i dont like to disregard a fight if i get a chance i'd like to voice my opinion, this isnt our first argument you just seem to have something against me. What about the other 3 that started the conversation huh? or am i the only one? 3 bans from you, because (1) you cant take a joke (2) if someone talks to you like a normal person you dont like it because in your world you aint "Normal" you're above that, but to me you're just another person on the internet, i'd rather get a ban from OverLewd because atleast then he can listen to what i have to say and he's understanding and doesnt ban first and then question later, you could have atleast warned me as in an ACTUAL warning that's what the system is in there for. I gotta be honest this entire argument is quite cute, it's just a bunch of words i had put in OOC and you're all trying to put them against me. But come on now, you go and ask the players if i "Harassed" them or "Mocked" them. Yes i were asked to stop once before, so if it was that bad for you, why didnt you just warn me and say something like "Not complying to staff about an OOC argument" or something insted of just waiting so you gathered enough words in OOC so you can ban me because i were talking to people in OOC i could understand if i offeneded people, but i didnt......

Also, I will request you take this seriously and avoid acting unprofessional and immature by insulting and mocking staff in the report if you wish for this to be taken seriously.

If you don't, you'll lose the right to appeal this.

"Acting unprofessional" None of this is Professional at all, it's just a server on a game where you fly around and stop people from breaking the server congratulations!!! You just earned your GCSE in Playing a game and calling yourself a pro at telling people off. I'm sure those LifeSkills will get you far with a job aplication.

I just love it how mods and admins take such offence if you speak to them like normal human beings, if you end up getting a job are you going to get all offended and start shouting at your boss? All i wish is for Toxic to learn how to actually sort these problems out without instantly banning people instead why not warn them using the WARNING command instead of saying in OOC "Last chance or you will get punished" in a threatening behaviour, all of this would have been avoided if Toxic ended up warning me insted of instantly banning me.
