Summary: This man broke the rules as following he RDM/ED me (he did not have a valid Roleplay reason) he killed me as a mechanic even thought I told him he could not kill as a mechanic.

can you describe what lead to the events shown in the video (or if you have footage of what happened before)?
All that happend is that I saw him running around shooting other people outside evocity main street tunnel so i put my lights on and pulled over from there he started shooting me while this was happening another officer came through the tunnel coming from the opposite direction he then drove away as this man was shooting him he then started shooting at me and killed me from there he then shot me again while i was on the floor witch is why if you watch the video attached you will see a pile of blood around me he then runs over me on foot and that pretty much finishes me off.
