Summary: At the same Susanne was the President, I was currently dealing with a guy who we were chasing for quite some time when the President started to radio in a Jail Break at the Nexus, other officers responded while I finished up with this situation, the President constantly kept radioing in for help however from the Location from ./distress the President was activley chasing the criminals, I promptly told him 'Watch the caps. Watch the insults towards fellow officers. OOC: Your breaking the rules by following the criminals.' as he told me: 'DO YOU DISRESPECT ME RETRADED' from this I was demoted for 'Disrespect'

The radio is meant for IC chatter, therefore it seems the insult was IC.

It doesn't seem like he was spamming the radio with messages or caps but frequently (Will look into logs)

Demotion reason was IC and must be dealt with as such.

Sorry if it's un-clear was more going after the point that he was chasing a criminal.
Investigated logs. Unless you can provide evidence, there is nothing in the evidence or the logs that are rule breaking.
You should be able to see in logs him reporting in a Jail break, then using ./distress following the criminals.

Again, logs only show the command.

I can not see what is presented in radio chat when he does said command. Unless you can provide evidence of these messages and that they were in fact following the suspect, I can not approve of this.
Denied

Closing Notes: Lack of convincing evidence.
