Description: Mechanics can change other players prop and entities colors, bodygroups, and world props, bodygroups.
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-Game
Since when have you experienced the bug?  N/A
Additional Information Not sure if intentional or not.

Mechanic can also change the colour of injured/sleeping Players.
