When you are ragdolled and wake back up any weapon modifications that you had attached to your gun are gone.

Description: 
When beanbagged you lose your weapon mods. I'm not sure if that can be fixed, but that's not the main issue. I've noticed that while using my AK-101 with AK-74 RPK mods, AK-101 mods, and stability mods equipped and I get up after being beanbagged my stability mods and ak-101 mods will not be there to be reattached, only the AK-74 RPK mods.

Bug observed since: 
Sometime recently this August but it has happened again today, 8/18/17 at around 12 PM EST. The testing in the screenshots took place at about 1:35 PM EST.

There's no special code in the beanbag shotgun, so this is an issue with all injuries.

Weapon mods are holstered on injury, and ain't put back on.

Unable to be fixed. Whilst you now get all your attachments back, even with the updates to CW 2.0, attempting to attach will result in states being inconsistent between GUI and weapon.
