The reason for your BL was pretty clear, and as you admitted, you ran the police officer over intentionaly.
The VERY FIRST rule in the vehicle section is as follows:
17.1 Do not run people over on purpose (CDM), and always try to brake/avoid people on the roads.
You admitted to running him over on purpose, and thus you received a BL for it, you had a prior history of BLs and Warnings for the exact same action you did here as well.
As for your fearRP, you agree that this is a valid BL, and as such the weapons BL i issued as a tradeoff (Instead of a ban) is also valid.
Your video also does not show the vehicle BL in question, only your fearRP violation
You may post a response to this if you wish in the next 24hrs, but you have in no way convinced me that your BL should be shortened, or undone

You dont just gun down a police officer in a police chase FOR A TRAFFIC STOP.
That whole chase started because the initial driver broke a few traffic laws and tried to escape.
You jumping outand murdering the officer with no prior RP attempt would have gotten you in trouble.
