Too blurry specifically, I'd rather have the perspective of a human not a fish.
Don't have PC right now, but if you want I can send you my postprocessing config when I next have it, it takes some pretty nice snaps.

Configs are alright, but it's best to experiment and see what works on your own. Specifically Super DoF, Color Modification, and maybe Bloom.

That looks pretty good so far, but like others have mentioned it does seem a little blurry. I think the plate's alright though.
