To be honest, It sounded like he was joking and just having a laugh. I don't think any harm was intended.

I took offence to it

This seems more like banter as even you, the one who is reporting them, seems to take it as a joke with your response.

While something like this would be considered harassment if done repeatedly by the accused player in relation to you or your clan, this isolated incident is too minor to warrant punishment. I'm sorry if you genuinely feel offended by the comment and you are welcome to post another PR if you encounter more incidences where the player targets you or your clan with negative OOC remarks.
