A 3rd party contractor RPing as the FBI,a government agency, this still does not explain nor justify you opening fire on police for serving a search warrant on you.

Had you been RPing a gang, or a privately owned company this is one thing, but your own clan page lists you as a fully law abideing government angecy.

Government contract or not, when doing your clans RP you are still bound by the restrictions you have set upon yourself during its creation.
I think this has blown way out of proportion here. This is about a Blacklist. I believe that this Blacklist is valid as an 'FBI Agent' would never fire upon a government employee unless defending himself. As the FBI was the one firing the first shot.... then this is valid.

Everything else doesn't really matter. And this is going on way to long with this back and forth. It is clear that none of you are going to agree on the exact scenario, which ultimately doesn't matter for the case.

I believe that this should be denied.
Any final words before this is concluded?

Look, this is a circular argument with you.
You mention law abiding multiple times, and I have told you multiple times that under US federal law it would not have been unlawful for us to shoot them.

Thank you, all I really wanted was another person's eyes on this

I do have one question though:

Why was this allowed before (late 2015, early 2016)?
I have done it under admin supervision before, I think they may have resigned but I don't remember who the two were specifically.

I'm going to answer this best I can.  Now, I wasn't present for any of this, so cannot talk for any situation.

However, there are times when law enforcement is revealed as corrupt and can be placed under arrest, or if they open fire first, can then be taken down for self-defense.  Here in the states, I remember a Sheriff being prosecuted for selling drugs in the High School from the trunk of his squad car.  It does happen.

However, killing should be the last resort.  Now if you have questions please let us know.  I'd be happy to help.
