Ban Reason: "Using a "provokate" Symbol" "Attempting to find way around rule"

Why should you be unbanned?:
I was building a Soviet embassy to counter the US government. To enchance the Soviet RP, I used the Soviet Flag infront of the office building. I tried to keep putting it there to show him I am not giving back. I had enough so I decided to put just a Red Flag with nothing else then put Lenins head to the flag so It could be recognized better since Red Flag is a symbol of Socialism, later on Communism.[/font]

Yes I know there is rule 2.2b BUT it doesn't say anything about FLAGS. As I understand using ISIS flag is extremist. In that idea American flag should be banned too because it is beside freedom a symbol of Extremist Capitalism.

I presume the ban came from arguing, in which I should have upperhand since we live in a civilized world so in my point of view this was a violation of my Freedom of speech in the way that I was denied from having a RP which isn't having anything to do with extremism.

Evidence:
Couldn't get any evidence since Removal of Sign several times.
[Image: 300px-Flag_of_the_Soviet_Union.svg.png] Flag of Soviet union, to anybody who doesn't know how it looks.
Also Embassies have their own national Flag on the pole.

PS. If unban request is denied. Then please specify your rules better.
The staff-members have received your unban-request, RK-FIN.

It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
First off, I had to remove this several times after warnings, yet you continued to fight my word. Not to mention to find a loophole you just slapped a picture of Lenin.

The rule clarifies it well enough as we don't allow the RP'ing of extremists in real life, such as ISIS, the Nazi Regime, and the use or hint of the USSR.

Yea, you can say that the American Flag gives an Extreme Capitalism, however Capitalism (As far as I've seen) wasn't responsible for working people to the bone, killing millions on their own soil.

Also, the rule does include the flag as (Guess what?) when you RP as a Soviet Union Embassy and place this flag down, it's part of your RP.

One more thing, why not use the modern Russian Flag? If you are doing a Russian Embassy RP, why not use the ACTUAL MODERN Russian Flag?

Roleplaying Russia haven't got the same feel as roleplaying Soviet union (My version would have been more of a modern version Descripted in Russian TV show "Dark side of the moon" season 2 which has a advanced SU in 2010 Rule 2.2 "Extremist roleplays are only allowed when they do not reference real-life extremist groups/leaders") since the tension between Russia and US is based more on modern day Syria or Ukraine, not so much struggles of two Superstates.

Russian flag is reminder of supression of Finnish people during our autonomy during Russian Empire which basicly used same flag.

Roleplaying Russia is also kind of bad because it fits modern day and would when leaked out harm a peoples siding with own nation (we have a pretty long border with Russia)

Roleplaying  Soviet Union wouldn't be so bad because it is already in history. Yes I know Finland was under Kremlins foot but It nicely didn't invade us.

I try to make historical roleplays since they interest me as I have written history for my Matriculation Exam and will go study History to a University as my major in year or two depending on my upcoming military service.

Ps. I'd like to apologize Soviet for my Americanisation, It was friday and I was on mood "Nothing is gonna fail today"

You only warned me Once via Voicechat  (Yes this could be enough) but No other admin came to say me anything.

Also I would like to post some evidence from Roleplayes BEFORE this incident.

I had this one small Roleplay remembrance of Warsaw pact thingy. And it was on quite obvious Place and nobody came to say anything By the admin team. All those except the emblem on the left are Flags.

Also I had this one remembrance RP of East Germany as my roleplay character is former citizen of DDR. Again nobody came to say anything before.

So presuming from these Roleplays, I was certain of Flags (except for ISIS and Nazi flag) were mostly allowed.
They were allowed because no one decided to take action. IMO, I would've been fine if you just asked for permission before using the flag, however instead of asking to use it, you continued to place it down after warned and everytime it was removed.

You need to understand the symbols are makred under our extremist rule, but unlike the ISIS and Nazi Party, they can be seen as a little more calming than to see a Swastika. Permission can go a long way. So in the future, just ask.
One more thing to add before conclusion. As you warned me once I would have expected a Mature conversation on the Admin roof instead of this bloat on forums. You only provokated me by warning me once and not dealing with normal Admin roof conversation. Also you could have asked another admin on the Admin roof to discuss the matter of "provokate" symbol. That would have changed the thing totally. It is very harmful to provokate people on fridays.
Denied

Closing Notes: Staff may choose to deal with players how they wish within reason. You questioning my maturity in handling the situation because I didn't want to have a mindless 2-sided argument on a rooftop doesn't help your case and definitely is not an excuse for your actions. If an administrator warns you not to do something, ask him in PM, @, or Forum PM for a better discussion instead of ignoring it and thinking your judgement is by default more superior than his/her's. Also, this is your UBL, not Friday's. Do not try to blame your own ignorance on a time of the week, and focus on what you can do to improve yourself to fix these problems.
